Overview
The Leadership Workshop Series is LOTA's flagship professional development program focused on practical skill-building through experiential learning. Each intensive workshop puts theory into immediate practice, with participants working through real business scenarios under the guidance of industry veterans and leadership experts.
Program Structure
The series consists of eight specialized workshops that build progressively on leadership competencies. Each workshop includes pre-work case studies, a full-day immersive session with role-playing and simulation exercises, and a 30-day action plan with executive coaching support for implementation in your workplace.
